We purchased a gorgeous Marina B one carat ring and anxiously awaited it's arrival. At just over 2000.00, this was the most costly online purchase we ever made. Several of those lesser purchased had been disappointing, thus, we held our breath. The ring arrived timely and couldn't be more pleased. Its gorgeous! The appraisal by our local jeweler is 6100.00, VS2, f-g; comparable to True Facet. It appears to be brand new! So, what's not to like about a gorgeous ring at 1/3 of the price! Look forward to future purchases. One caveat: this was not my first choice. After reading some reviews concerning availability, I asked about rings being in stock and ready to ship. My first choice I was told was, in fact, not available any longer. This was not told to me until I asked. I have since noticed that ring is still listed with a 7 to 10 day delay in shipping (the notation that initially concerned me). I'd advise you check with True Facet and have them to double check availability before making your purchase. Then, enjoy your new jewelry!

Did a lot of research about purchasing a pre-owned time piece and was concerned about quality, authenticity and service. True Facet took all those worries out if the equation!! I purchased a Breitling watch from them and it is exquisite! Slight problem with a function push button upon arrival so I contacted the True Facet concierge team and they went above and beyond to get the watch serviced and issue corrected. They kept me informed every step of the way and got the watch back to me in perfect functioning condition and an out of the box new look!! All my future time piece purchases will be made with True Facet.

I desperately wanted a Cartier Stella ring for one of my Wedding Bands. However, the company no longer makes them. I was hesitant to order "second hand" or online - but I tried a few different sites and True Facet exceeded all of my expectations. The ring is essentially brand new. I tried other "resale" companies who offered the same product for a slightly lower rate - what a mistake! After receiving my ring from True Facet -- I may never buy jewelry retail again!!!

I ordered a Hublot watch from them. I had an issue with my purchase which they went above-and-beyond to resolve for me. I've never done business with a company that worked so hard to resolve an issue for me. I was willing to live with it, but they insisted they take care of it. Their communication throughout the process was exceptional and I can't thank Rachel enough for everything she did to support me. I'm thrilled with my purchase and my decision to buy from Truefacet. I will be buying from them again.

This isn't my first purchase nor my last. I am always pleased by each purchase plus prompt communication.

I have never sold anything online before so this was my first experience. I have been very impressed with the prompt service, especially from Rachel and Pam, and have had a wonderful experience. :)

Much of our discontent with businesses large, medium or small can be distilled into one simple adjective - caring. And while many mission statements and about us pages wax poetic concerning "ongoing commitments to the customer" - actual interactions are far too often incongruous with the long winded corporate copy. In fact - as I write this - I'm still on hold with Verizon, whose been threatening me like a psychotic ex - texting and calling me numerous times in the last two days - despite me spending thousands of dollars with them over the last decade. My offense? The card on file didn't go through - and I'm a whopping 24 hours past the cycle date. The reps rationale? "The system is automated sir and we have no control over how often you get notified." What they call notify - I call harassment, but I digress. In stark contrast to this experience, when I recently reached out to TrueFacet to shop for a watch - I never felt like I was being filtered into some sales funnel with my engagement being monitored and measured for profitability. The chat service went above and beyond to help me with what i was looking for. And to receive a genuine thank you for my business - not just an auto-reply once my card is processed... dare I say it was human? In closing, the CNBC show The Profit has introduced a new phrase into the business zeitgeist - Product, Process, People. Masterfully hitting all three - with True Facet you can be certain the product is exactly what you ordered, the experience will be seamless and stress free, and the staff you interact with have your back the entire way. They seem to have the authentication of jewelry down pat, but I think there is a huge market in authenticating people. Should that day come to pass, Ill only deal with companies that have True Facet's stamp of approval :) Philip C

I had purchased a watch from your website and saw a similar one listed for less on another website who will remain nameless. I made the unfortunate decision to send your watch back to save a few dollars. In the end it was the biggest mistake I made since you had offered to purchase the extra links so your item would fit my wrist also. I just ended up repurchasing the watch from you a month and a half later while waiting for a issue to still be fixed on the watch from the other website. When I called to order your watch again your customer service people couldn't be nicer when I explained the situation, not only did you still get the additional links to me for no additional cost, but you got the item to me before I left for my honeymoon. Truly great customer service and great people! Will be making another purchase again very soon!!!!
