I couldn't be more pleased with my experience shopping on line at TRUEFACET. Rachel was very helpful, answered all my questions and made suggestions. The watch arrived and is in LIKE NEW condition. I'm sure I will be wearing it most of the time. I am going to be looking for a President model around the holidays and will definitely buy it from TRUEFACET.

Reading after review after review on this company I decided to go ahead and invest in a luxury timepiece for my boyfriend. There was a little hiccup in the beginning (the item I had selected was not available and the alternative sent was not ideally what I wanted.) Not once did the customer service team leave me questioning the authentic of my product or their reliability. They were with me step by step and aided in decreasing my frustration at some points. Recommend without reservations. Was nervous to buy a pricey vintage automatic watch online but they stand behind it all, and even when the watch was a bit slow (as happens to older watches) they serviced it free of charge. Great company
