The watch was listed in mint condition and it arrived exactly as it was pictured and described, and two days early! Rachel assisted me in the selection of the watch as I was deciding between a few different models and she was so helpful. My watch is beautiful.

When it was the last day of the shipping window and still no package I reached out to the customer service contact via email. Ian quickly responded, found a tracking number and long story short the watch came in time. I run a service company and did not expect that from an online dealer I never met or spoke to. Very pleased and would recommend.
