A dream come true!
Rachel made my dream come true. After I chose a gorgeous diamond engagement ring at a terrific price, she personally arranged to expedite the delivery. The ring arrived so quickly I could hardly believe it! It was absolutely beautifully packed and wrapped- the very act of opening it was like a voyage of discovery. Rachel was so friendly, so patient, so responsive, so helpful, and so accommodating - an amazing representative for this excellent company. I would (and plan to) do more business with Truefacet and recommend it to everyone. Thank you Truefacet!!!

Great company and authenticity products
I received the Omega Seamaster professional and it is authentic! This is my first luxury watch purchase and I wanted it to be perfect to present to my husband as a gift for our 12 year wedding anniversary. He is a huge fan of the brand I know he will love it. Thank you for answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. This is going to be an anniversary we will never forget. You are truly the best!

They Aim to Please
I ordered a rather hard-to-find JLC that was advertised on the TrueFacet website. Unfortunately when preparing it for delivery, the TrueFacet folks discovered flaws. They informed me in an email but in the same email's second paragraph, they indicated that they had found another identical watch which they shipped within days. Wow. "I'll be back..."
