I had an initially rocky experience with chat and email, but once their customer service department turned their attention to the issue, they went above and beyond.

I got an amazing AP that I've been looking months for and it was in great condition and at a better price than I thought I'd have to shell out. Amazing customer service all around and super fast delivery.

The customer service is A1 and their prices is very fair! They even have a financing option for those who don't want to spend a lumpsum at once. Oran loaned me a watch because my new AP couldn't arrive on time for my vacation! He was very helpful and answered all my questions without dodging or delaying. Emails were sent back within 24 hours and I even visited their office in Manhattan! Beautiful place and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend and I would shop there again without a doubt!
