TruefacetReviews of truefacet.com

Another sensational purchase from TrueFacet. Rachel sourced the exact watch I wanted as it's hard to locate. Magnificent. An outstanding customer service experience..............again. It's hard to find people as good as this in the luxury segment - friendly, knowledgeable and making you completely comfortable.

I was initially impressed with the service, but had a few issues. After working directly with Rachel (Manager of Concierge Services), I was amazed at the professional treatment and a final result that I did not expect. Very satisfied and happy to see an online service that has that "missing" personal touch on the Internet. They really over-delivered and I am happy to refer anyone to this fine luxury business. Thanks!

I wanted a Rolex from the late 1970's-early 1980's. I found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. It is an authentic Rolex. I would absolutely purchase from True Facet again.

Great customer service! I needed my watch to be shipped in time for my wedding and they made sure it arrived in time. I also needed the links to my watch to adjust the size and Truefacet sent them out to me immediately.

I just received my watch I ordered from Truefacet , I bought a Rolex Datejust ,and I must say it looks amazing , I had my jeweler open it up to verify that the watch was real and it turns out it is . The movement is the original movement for this watch . I am so happy with my purchase, I will recommend buying from Truefacet to anyone, and will be purchasing more items in the near future.

I have purchased from Truefacet luxury watches in three separate occasions. In every and each of them, customer service, shipping, delivery, packing, and quality of the product were superb. These were unworn items that arrived in the condition as promised. In fact, one watch had a rather small and superficial scuff mark but Truefacet offered to polish it off at no cost immediately. Best price in the market and most bang for your buck possible. Highly recommend it! 👍

I would recommend True Facet to anyone looking for high end jewelry and watches at a great price. I purchased a Tiffany & Co. watch and couldn't be happier. The customer service department is one of the best I have dealt with in all my years as a consumer. Don't hesitate to make a purchase!

I recently purchased an engagement ring from TrueFacet. The whole experience was great. I was initially uneasy about purchasing such an important item online. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. This girl Allison explained all the details about choosing the right diamond and how the buying process works. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.
