TruefacetReviews of truefacet.com

This was my purchase from this company. I have been very skeptical about buying watches over the internet. I can say now that I will only buy over the internet from Trufacet. My Tag Heuer watch arrived via Next day air even though I only paid for 2 day shipping. The watch was packaged inside of a box, inside a box, inside a mailer envelope, inside a Truefacet bag and finally inside a watch box. There was no chance of the watch being damaged, unless the UPS driver ran it over. The watch was exactly as described on the website and far exceeded my expectations. I love is and already have watches saved in my favorites for future purchases.

The ring is beautiful, just as described, I love it. Customer service is wonderful and website easy to use. I will be ordering again, but so many choices! Told all my friends to check it out.

I had been searching for a particular watch for some time. I finally found it on True Facet. They helped me through the process of getting my watch, which is perfect, beautiful, in perfect condition and a total joy for me every time I look at it. Despite a glitch in the beginning of the process, Rachel worked with me closely to get exactly what I wanted. Customer service is top-notch. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great piece at a great price.

Excellent service. The piece I purchased is beautifull.

Great vintage Rolex!

Very happy with my first purchase of an eternity band ring. Looks even more beautiful in person. Customer service is outstanding, had requested for a quick delivery and was very concerned and they said they could deliver and they did. Kept me updated and received purchase early. Would definately recommend and will be looking to TrueFacet for my future purchases. Having ring appraised tomorrow, will update if any issues.

I have bought both designer and non-designer jewelry and have been very pleased. I have recommended this company to others.

I purchased a omega seamaster and there was a small scratch on the bezel. I called and told them. They went above and beyond to correct this and make sure that I was satisfied. They found me a watch in better condition and shipped it to me over night. They covered shipping the old watch and new one. Theyre responses were always the same day via email. First watch I bought online but after the expierence with truefaucet I honestly would never buy a watch from anywhere else. I was blown away with their customer service. I want to add that I never do reviews ever, but with the level of satisfaction that they delivered I felt that it would have helped me if I read this. Thank you guys and look forward to buying my next time piece soon!!
