There were a few bumps in the road but it all worked out in the end. The true character of a company is often on display when things don't go as planned. When this happened, the team at True Facet made sure to reach out to me, find a different product that worked, and provide the customer service I needed to get the deal done.

The service level went beyond expectations. I had numerous questions and additional, non-standard requests throughout the process that were all answered and satisfied. The product listings can be somewhat inconsistent and contain incorrect information and low quality photos, but that's because the info and pictures in the listings are provided by third party sellers. The high level of service helps overcome any issues with the listings.

Had some payment process issue with the sale, but was quickly resolved after their concierge-desk team member called the following Monday. I even got a $100 discount offer as a deal sweetener. Had to given them a plus on that.

Although I have purchased similar items ( Cartier Love Bracelet here ) thru web based companies, I had never had issues or concerns around quality or authenticity of the item. In this transaction the item I was seeking ( pre-owned ) was not available, yet TF had a new ( never used ) item of the same brand, style, size I was seeking and for not that much more. Not only that, they expedited the shipment for next day with it arriving for a special occasion. Upon opening and presentation, a product quality issue was immediately noticed. Kind of wierd for a brand new never worn item. I contacted TF immediately the next morning. Their concern and apologies were sincere and the item was returned at their cost for appropriate remedy. It was repaired and returned to us in a timely manner and we were compensated for this inconvenience. Everyone I communicated with was available, knowledgable and responsive. I would not hesitate recommending or using TrueFacet in the future.
