Just received a never worn watch that I purchased from TrueFacet and I must say that my expectations have been exceeded. The watch was exactly as advertised and the two Concierge Associates I worked with (Jacob and Lauren) went out of their way to ensure that the watch was shipped during one of my infrequent visits home. Although making a large purchase over the internet sometimes leaves something to be desired, I believe TrueFacet strives to live up to their word.

Was in the market for an AP Royal Oak for last 6 months. Due to popularity it was tough ever seeing one at retail let alone getting to negotiate. I stumbled on TruFacet on line and found the watch. At first I was leery about making such a significant purchase without touching the merchandise first. I sent an email inquiring about the watch and possible discount. Jacob responding to my request immediately and gave me a discount on top of the already very competitive price. I made the purchase with no intention of getting in time for Christmas as it was two weeks out. After the sale I called their offices to inform the purchase had been made and get my expectations set for shipping. Had a very professional conversation and was told they could not guarantee before Christmas but would reach out to the vendor. My brand new AP arrived on December 23 and I was totally stoked!
