I am thrilled to write a review of True Facet. I ordered a bracelet that I had never seen in person, but really wanted. It was finally sent to me, but UPS and I were not connecting. I called True Facet to see how I could ever get my bracelet. I spoke with Alison. She called the dispatcher at UPS, who in turn called me. It was after hours, but UPS gave me their address and at 7:30 pm on a Friday night, I picked up my bracelet. Companies are only as good as their employees! Alison went out of her way to connect me with my purchase. My bracelet is GORGEOUS, and I may never take it off. I applaud Alison for making my dream come true!

I lost my favorite ring and saw the same ring, excellent condition, size was right, and half the price of a new one. Perfect! The ring comes with a with string attached saying "cannot return If removed." Since this is my first time ordering jewelry online, I found this to be interesting and left it alone. So I put the ring on and it looks wrong. Small, but it fits. I look at the order and it says "women." I completely overlooked it and now it has to go back. I'm expecting the worst experience since we all have had them. I emailed them, they emailed me back a UPS slip, put it back in the original package, and in 7 days I received an email they processed the return. Don't take off the white string!

I give Raul Rodriguez five stars for his kindness and good customer service and True Facet for giving me the attention necessary because for me it was very important I recommend this company for people who want to buy from them. I had a good experience and I recommend them I bought my Rolex with diamonds and it took a while but it was worth the wait because I got exactly what I was looking for and I liked it a lot thanks to Raúl and True Facet.
