TrueFacet is killing the game! I've consigned and purchased items on TrueFacet a handful of times and they never cease to impress me. Their shipping is fast, products come as advertised, and communication is stellar.

I ended up purchasing a Rolex Datejust 116233 yellow gold two tone w/ a fluted bezel. I couldn't be any happier with the whole experience! This is the first luxury watch I've ever purchased. From start to finish the customer service was impeccable. I ended up actually cancelling my other two orders since I wanted my first watch to be perfect. Allison my concierge was very patient and everyone I was in contact with the whole way were very knowledgeable. Delivery was fast!! Next Day! Upon arrival, everything was in perfect condition. The packaging was an experience in its self! I highly recommend this company. Couldn't be any happier with this purchase!! No regrets..

I ordered a Cartier watch for my wife for Mother's Day. There was a problem fulfilling the order, and the company offered me a better watch at an even better price. We received the watch and my wife loves it. I will use TrueFacet again, and recommend them with great enthusiasm.
