Have been using true connect for a long time and it said that I owed 1.15 a payment went through and now it says I owe 345. I had made a 342 dollar payment ten days ago. Why. Really need this to buy a car.

My experience with True Connect has been mostly positive including customer service. I'm a little disappointed that the APR isn't adjusted according to your credit. I'm not sure if that's why my employer has put this particular benefit offer on indefinite hold.
Response from TrueConnectApr 4, 2024
Thank you for providing your experience, Lynn. We don't adjust APR because we don't pull a credit check for loan applications. We do not use your credit score to adjust pricing and terms. However, we do report all automatic repayments to all three major credit bureaus which may help increase your credit score. If your program is on hold, we advise you to reach out to your HR/Benefits team on more information and we hope to have it up and running as soon as possible. Thanks, TrueConnect Customer Service
