Have been using true connect for a long time and it said that I owed 1.15 a payment went through and now it says I owe 345. I had made a 342 dollar payment ten days ago. Why. Really need this to buy a car.

I had used this several times and it was easy and repayment options were easy has well. A serious thing happened and I needed a loan and I was denied for poor performance history. I was never late on payments and have paid off three loans before how is that bad performance. I used them because I had no other option and when serious times came I was turned down. So not sure I know what to think now.

as of a week ago, Trueconnect fixed the issue and now loans are being offered again. this is a great program/product that is offered through our employer. It is very discouraging that Trueconnect stopped accepting applications and giving loans to City of Tucson employees due to a security issue on your end. This was a great product and was available when in need. Now that is not available.

I would give True connect a better review. But, the fact that you only get three loans. Does not work for me. As long as you are getting your money. It should be available any and every time someone needs help.

Our system is designed to provide the loan assistance needed without borrowing too much that is too hard to repay affordably. Once you pay off the loans you already have, you should be able to reapply for a new loan.
