No customer service
Have been using product now for 1.5 years, nearly 70, still have some redness in certain areas. By and large, the total lack of customer service has changed my direction. After ordering cleanser, changing my subscription for oil to go out another month, both came and when I tried to call, and email several times was meet with not one response. SO I am looking at new skincare systems, a company needs a customer service or you just sink eventually. This is my second experience with very bad customer service with this company. So sad.
