Ralph L.
Service failure.
My initial service with Mitchell at Truckit365 went. Good communications and timely service. However, the second leg was not so well. The pick-up window went from Saturday to late Saturday to Sunday morning to no communications whatsoever. Very disappointed. The time buffer I had built in disappeared and I lost a great deal if time. Not again. 2/7/18 - Thank you for your prompt reply, albeit inaccurate. Dawn did inform me on Saturday the load would be possibly be delayed for a Sunday pick-up, but never initiated another update until I contacted her on Sunday morning seeking a refund, and that was after 10 am. I had already attempted contact the night prior and that morning I had called and texted Dawn and the office number. Monday's contact was also initiated by myself to ensure my refund h ad been processed. The agreement was for a Saturday pick-up and for the trailer to be in place Sunday, not a 48 hour window. Your company overbooked itself and then couldn't manage the load.

Ralph, Thank you for your feedback as it is very important to us. Dawn from our office had been in direct communication with you the afternoon of Sunday, and into Monday. Our team went out of their way to accommodate his schedule the first time and delivered within 48 hours to its destination. Our company offered him a very competitive rate to transport his trailer both times and we told this customer that our prior delivery engagement had been delayed, the day prior to pick up. It's unfortunate that unforeseen events occur often in the trucking industry and we did everything within our power to accommodate Ralph, his son at delivery and his travel trailer on the second leg of its journey. It is also very important that readers know this customer's travel trailer was taken care (physically) with extreme attention and detail the entire trip from Dunning CA to Las Vegas NV. We appreciate your feedback. Team TruckIt365
