Order fulfillment was quick and easy.

Very fast shipping of product in stock. No waiting and just what I needed to complete my tonneau cover install.

Great support when I called to find installation instructions.

Fast shipping and great communication. Exactly what I needed.

First and for most I want to say this company went above and beyond to assist me. How so? I ordered a bed cover and about a day later I lost said truck. I immediately reached to them to try and cancel my order and ask for a refund. They got back to me quickly. They weren’t able to stop the transaction but did offer to send me a return label and were going to let me return it without a restocking fee and we’re going to cover the shipping. Amazing customer service. Come to find out I was able to find another truck and kept the bed cover. I updated them. They responded with telling me they were happy for me and asked if I needed any help with installation. They have earned my business for life and I won’t suggest any other company to someone.

I had a small part on my new bed cover fail and requested a replacement. Customer service was excellent and very communicative. The part was shipped out with no delay. Very satisfied with the company's response to the issue.
