We take customer support seriously, but we must also ensure all claim documentation is completely authentic. To clarify the situation: We were happy to process the exchange you requested, which was initially approved and placed in transit. However, while the shipment was on its way, a secondary review by our team revealed that the submitted photo proof of field destroy was digitally altered using AI. The edits were clear - the entire background had been artificially altered, and the panel lines of the cover were obviously modified. Submitting AI-altered media to claim an additional cover while attempting to retain the original product is a violation of our policy. As a result, management made the decision to intercept the exchange shipment, decline further service, and issue a full refund for your original purchase plus the price difference paid for the exchange. While you were refunded in full for all payments made, we stand by our management's decision to decline future sales or exchanges following a compromised claim.

I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused, especially with the cover taking up space while you’ve been waiting for the correct parts. Once we confirmed the parts mismatch, we worked directly with RealTruck to get the proper replacements out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the carrier delivered the package to the wrong address, which created another unnecessary delay.
