I love the quality, look, and feel of the bag. Looks beautiful on top of my Away luggage. On top of that, the customer service is great. A zipper fell off the front pocket, and I emailed them about it - they got back to me quickly and are sending 2 new ones. Great service and a quality product (which is hard to find in the days of Instagram ad fake quality stuff) Keep it up Troubadour!
