We booked our flight through this agency, and although we eventually managed to travel, the experience was very unpleasant. On the day of the flight, we faced several issues that prevented us from boarding on time. Communication with the agency was slow and unclear; no one seemed to take responsibility or offer a concrete solution at the moment. We had a really stressful time trying to fix the situation on our own. Even though we were finally able to complete the trip, the customer service was disappointing. We expected more support and organization from an agency that is supposed to make the process easier, not more complicated. I wouldn’t recommend this agency and honestly wouldn’t use their services again.
