I've tracked your package and see that the USPS indicates your package has been successfully delivered :) I see that your order wasn't available to ship immediately when you placed it on our website. We emailed order updates to the email address provided with your order on 5/23 and 5/31. I am sorry that your tapestry didn't ship sooner. Typically an order ships when all the items are ready and it can take 1 - 8 business days. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes the carrier to deliver your package once it has shipped. The first part of your order shipped on 4/21 and the second part on 5/2. Hi Chad,  I'm happy to help! I'm sorry we weren't able to reply sooner. I see you first contacted us on Friday, 4/8 and we were able to reply to your emails the next business day on Monday, 4/11. We mention on our website that we can typically reply in 1 business day.  I see that your order was placed on Friday, 4/1 and shipped the next business day on Monday, 4/4. On 4/7 the USPS indicated your package could not be delivered as addressed and is returning it to us with this message; “insufficient address / return to sender”.  You should have received an automatic email expressing the unsuccessful delivery. I am sorry for any inconvenience.  When your package shipped, we emailed a shipping notification to the email address provided with your order. This links you to your USPS Priority Mail tracking number on our website when you click the "view your order" button. We've emailed you with more information about how to confirm your shipping address with the USPS. I see that you contacted us on 12/23 indicating that you would like to cancel your order if it wasn't due for delivery by 12/25. We were able to reply to your email on 12/23 and were happy to cancel your order at your request. I see that your order was estimated to ship on the 6th business day.
