Hi Sophia, I hope those black light posters have been exactly what you wanted! The Lost Horizon is such a rad black light poster and one of our favorites :) We hope you decide to shop with us again in the future. Many of our items are ready to ship in 1 business day, but it can take up to 8 business days and an order typically ships when all the items are ready. For quick reference, you can see the shipping policy on our website using this link: https://trippystore.com/pages/shipping We'll be here if you need us :) Tye - TrippyStore.com

Hi Curtis, I'm happy to help! I see you've contacted us a few times today and I'm sorry for the wait. I've just responded to your emails as well. We mention on our website that we can typically reply to questions in 1 business day. I see you have two orders with us; 17734 & 17868, placed on 12/10 and 12/11. We've replied to your emails with more info about your orders. I see all of your posters except for 1 are currently estimated to ship on 12/18. You mentioned you may prefer a refund. We're always happy to cancel an order for a refund anytime before it ships. Just let us know what you prefer and we'll be happy to help :) I see that your orders weren't available to ship immediately when you placed them on our website. Typically an order ships when all the items are ready and it can take 5 - 8 business days if an item is in high demand. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes the USPS to deliver your package once it has shipped, which the USPS says is typically 2-3 business days in the US. A link to our shipping policy is available on each of our product pages directly above the "add to cart" button and at the bottom of each webpage. We also emailed this info to the email address you provided when your orders were placed. You can see the policy on our website using this link: https://trippystore.com/policies/shipping-policy Please let me know if you have any questions at all. Tye - TrippyStore.com
