Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles! After a pretty average prior experience with Trippy Store I decided to risk another purchase. On October 30 2022 I ordered some posters intending them to be presents for Christmas – 8 WEEKS away. Safe enough you might think, but no. They actually arrived January 6 2023 – 69 DAYS after ordering and missed Christmas by 12 days! Absolute shambles. Be very wary of dealing with these guys.

Hi Tony, I'm sorry that your experience wasn't more positive. I definitely understand how that can be frustrating and I'm very sorry that your posters didn't make it in time for the special occasion. Like you mentioned, I see that you've placed 2 orders with us that both shipped to New Zealand. All of our orders ship from the United States and unfortunately international delivery can sometimes take a bit longer for delivery. We mention on the Shipping page of our website that international delivery typically takes between 7 and 14 business days after your package ships. I see that the first order you placed with us was on 11/17/19 and it shipped on the 3rd business day; 11/22/19. We emailed a shipping notification with your tracking info to the email address provided with your order. Your second order was placed on 10/30/22 and unfortunately one of your posters was subject to a delay with the printer. I'm very sorry about that. You should have received status update emails along the way at the email address you provided with your order. I see that your package shipped on 12/6/22, but like you mentioned wasn't delivered in New Zealand until 1/6/23. While we have no control over how long it takes an international package to clear customs and be delivered, I understand your frustration. No shipment-no items received
Same. I ordered on 12/17 for a Christmas present for my daughter. It is January 10 and STILL no present. One fake email saying there is a delay. I have sent 3 emails-no reply. One voicemail-no reply. I will take action to have my credit care investigate. I bet they are going to reply to this review with the same cut and paste fictitious reply to the other complaint. DO NOT order from this company. They steal your money.

I understand that your posters were for a special purpose and I'm sorry they didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Like you mentioned, I see that your order was placed on 12/17. While it typically takes an order up to 8 business days before it ships, I see one of your posters was delayed and your order shipped on 1/10/23. I've tracked your package and see that it was successfully delivered on 1/12/23. I am sorry for the wait. We emailed you updates about your order to the email address you provided on 12/22 and 12/28. I see that you emailed our customer service on 1/2, 1/3, 1/5 and 1/9. We were able to reply on 1/4 with your estimated shipping date and again on 1/10 with your tracking information when your order shipped. You picked some great posters and I hope that they've worked out awesome! Typically an order ships in 1 - 8 business days when all the items are ready. Total scam
Total scam. I ordered a good amount of stuff from this website and it's been a month with no shipping information. They sent me an email saying that it is taking longer to ship, and I have zero information on it. I emailed them and they never got back to me. I never got the option for a refund. I am extremely dissapointed and angry. Order #40115.

I see that you first emailed our customer service the evening of 11/30 and we were able to reply the morning of 12/2. We mention on our website that we can typically reply in 1 business day, but I'm sorry we weren't able to reply sooner. We split your order into two shipments at no charge so you would receive the first half of your order sooner. I see that your package has shipped :) You should have already received a shipping notification, but we also emailed you from [email protected] with this information. We also provided you with a shipping date for the second part of your order and will email you another shipping notification as soon as that info is available. Ordered 3 posters on 10/28/22 it is now been a month since my purchase and still no tracking information. I’ve emailed and called customer service for an update on my order.. no response and still haven’t received one. At this point they just took my money

listen to the reviews, there right.
Should have read the reviews before ordering off this site. I ordered 2 posters over a month ago and I have yet to receive anything. They'll send you E-mails out to reassure and pacify you to wait longer for them to get your order ready but when you try to get ahold of someone, nobody's there. I've sent 2 emails and left a voicemail and still not a word back. The only time anyone want to get back to you to tell you what's going on and get your order back on track is when someone writes a complaint. Shouldn't have to leave a bad rating just to get ahold of another human being. Very disappointed. Order#39660

Definitely ignored & feeling ripped off
2022.12.05: Finally received order today (more than a month after ordered). Tapestry looks great. I can't fault the company for delays with their suppliers/printers/etc. HOWEER, the failure to communicate is just bad business. Customers should not have to leave negative reviews in order to get information from the company. I love the type of products they have but I will not do any more business with a company that has such low regard for customer service. 2022.11.16: I placed an order on 2022.10.30. I received an email on 2022.11.04 stating my order was in process & they will send shipping notification when it is available. I sent an email on 2022.11.11, 2022.11.16, & 2022.11.18 - trying to either get a status or refund the purchase. I've also called & left a voicemail - but still no response from anyone. Very strange "shopping" experience feeling more "scammy" every day that passes with NO communication or attempt at any resolution. ORDER #39925

Beware they are a scam!
Beware they are a scam!! I placed an order for a Grateful Dead blanket and never received it. Multiple emails have been sent and voicemail left. No response whatsoever! All I want is my money back since you can’t ship out my item!!

Put in an order on 10/14/22. It's getting near four weeks now. Haven't received anything except a couple automated emails that basically say my item isn't coming. I have called and emailed them, with no response. All the wording on the website and in the emails is super groovy and all peace and love. But it's all a bunch of rubbish. Don't order from them.
