Still haven't received my package and they had the audacity to send me an email to review my purchase and if i need help with anything to just reply to the email…haven't received an answer from any of the multiple emails iv sent…i purchased it on the 6th of October so its way past its promised delivery date… Order #43862

Yall never sent the first package, never refunded me. I never got my second package, yall never refunded me. Thats $100 out of my account. Will not be buying from these scammers again, feel dumb for falling for it twice.

I ordered posters on 7/12/23 and didn’t receive confirmation or order number after my account was billed. I have sent numerous emails and called the phone number numerous times without any response. It’s August 3 and no package and order confirmation. Will never order from Trippy Store again and recommend others the same!! poor service. Finally shipped 8/10. Thanks no reply needed.

Order #43143 . Don't buy Worst Experience i had online shopping , not even god will make me purchase again from them , Order placed on the third of this month , it's almost 3 weeks nothing shipped . I talked with their support that said " Oh sorry an item is taking longer than excpected chose one that will ship in 1 open day " after answering their email with the item that was supposed to ship in 1 open day they stopped replying again . I highly recommend to not purchase from this store if you ever want to buy any tappistry this store is not for you .

I ordered a while ago and I've had zero contact with anyone about a refund. I asked them several times and no response. They happily took my money but they haven't paid the product. I'm unclear if this company is a scam. I'm still trying to get my refund

The poster arrived damaged. I told the company, they said they would reach out in a few days. It has been well over a week and I haven’t heard anything. There is a crease right down the center of the poster.

The UPS is usually quite good, but unfortunately this does occasionally happen. I see that our customer service previously requested that you please email us a picture of the damage to your poster. I'm sorry for any confusion. We've emailed you again from [email protected] with more information. Please email us one or two pictures of your poster showing the damage to it. Sure wish I'd checked them out before ordering. They happily took my money immediately for a product they knew they did not have and could not ship within their promised time. Or perhaps any time. I believe this is the definition of fraud. I have requested cancellation of the order and a full refund 3 times without success. You will want to shop elsewhere.

We're glad you decided to proceed with your order and it shipped on 3/21. We upgraded your shipping to a faster service at no cost and applied a 10% discount to your order for the trouble. I've tracked your package and see that your Bob Masse - Janis Joplin - Avalon - Concert Poster will be delivered in a couple of business days. Your order was placed on 3/5 and was originally estimated to ship on 3/15, but it became delayed and shipped on the 12th business day. I am sorry for the wait. Typically an order ships in 1 - 8 business days when all the items are ready. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes the carrier to deliver your package once it has shipped. There is NO "Customer Service" !!! All you get, after ENDLESS shipping delays, is the "possibility" to WASTE even more of your time leaving a VM or sending an email, that will NEVER be returned !!!
