Don’t know where my order is
I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and got no notifications on anything and don’t even know if my order went through. I emailed them twice and no reply.I just want my posters!

The email address you contacted us from is different than the one provided with your order. I see that you emailed us on 4/4 and we were able to respond back to you the next business day at the icloud email address you contacted us from. You should have also received an update on 4/6 with a little more info about your order. I am sorry for the wait! In case you still need it, I've sent you this information again at the Gmail address provided with your order. I see that your Jimi Hendrix - Guitar Solo - Black Light Poster is taking longer to ship than typical and we split your order so your other items will ship sooner. Please do email us back, where you'll have the option to wait for your final poster to ship, choose a replacement or remove it from your order for a refund. We'll be happy to help with whatever you decide :) I see that your order was placed on 3/31. Typically an order ships when all the items are ready and it can take 5 - 8 business days if an item is in high demand. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes the USPS to deliver your package once it has shipped.
