SCAMMERS!!!!! Booked flights through sky scanner and immediatly they asked for more money to pay for bagge that was supposed to be included. We then went on there website only to find fake address and phone numbers. I have since learnt skyscanner does no due diligence what so ever in recommending flight agents. I hope someone will read this and not make the same mistakes. Very expensive lesson

AVOID!!! Much like others, I was directed to them by Skyscanner and for the first time felt let down my Skyscanner. You will not get a booking confirmation email until within 24 hours of your flight and then be asked to provide information you already have and then be charged more. End story - I never got my flight and booked with another agency immediately realising I had been scammed. I am still in work with ANZ to have VISA refund me $1700.00 NZD and this is 3 months on.

I bought a ticket without getting my e-ticket for over a week now. Emailed to them, no reply. phone doesn't work. I feel like my money was stolen. I will report to the police. Cant understand why they are still in business. BTW since I live in NZ, I have contacted local police and reported to the business registration office. Just search tripomate in your country's business register you can locate the business entity. For example, they registered as LOTUS LABS LIMITED (6240787) in New Zealand. After getting all relevant info, I suggest you all report to Police and put them out of business, stop ripping people off. Latest update: You won't believe it. Things are getting quite interesting. So, I have reported to the police because I suspect I have been scammed like everyone else who has reviewed earlier. And Luckily I found their business register on NZ business registration office, which is obviously a PUBLIC website. Anyone can get access to. So, I don't think their company name or director's name is confidential info. And I emailed them (not the same one for consumers on their website), You know what, someone replied to me!!!! Woohoo~~~! The person said they have emailed me multiple times, maybe in spam box which I checked there's none. What's so funny is, A staff member emailed me saying "We have not received any response from your end and we would like to close this case" and following that is an "email" mentioning my review and refund which was never sent to me!! Do you get that? They quoted an earlier email but it's not sent, they use that as evidence of pervious conversations. why not reply to the actual email I sent to you? You can't see that? But you use the same email address! OK, the person sent me a screenshot showing they processed refund on 21-Oct-2022 09:54. But I paid 10:54PM 21-Oct-2022. Maybe they based in US? So there's the time zone difference? Let's say they did processed the refund. But why don't you tell me first? (Don't tell me you emailed me, that's just an email you just typed half an hour ago, and it's never sent) And I have checked my bank account, I haven't received the refund, for one week. Well, maybe that can be possible. I will talk to my bank on Monday. Anyway, what an incredible experience!! They claim I am threatening their reputation. Look at all the other reviews!! They are worried about their reputation, how cute they are. Well, their info is on a public website, I don't know any private info so I can't expose their details. Please like my review, so people won't fall into this trap!!! Oh, sorry I forget to mention how they scam people. they appear to be on the list if you search flights on Skyscanner. And if you click the link, it allows you to complete the payment. But if you search the same flight on their own website, there's no results!!! I tried so many different destination and date, there's no flights whatsoever. I suspect they designed a fake website which you can't make any reservation. It's not easy to link to the worldwide flight database. But somehow they linked their payment page to Skyscanner. 01-11-2022 update: I found money is back in my bank account today. Probably they realized that it's hard to rip me off. I will keep my Police report because this company needs to be investigated. And I am waiting for Consumer Protection and NZ business register office to get back to me, so they will look into this matter further.

Stay away from this dodgy operator, not sure how it made it to sky scanner. Bought 3 tickets through through "TRIPOMATE" after a serach in sky scanner showed them up. They informed they couldn't deliver the tickets at the advertised price. It took over a month to get a refund and we still got charged $225 dollars. The explanation from TRIPOMATE: "In consideration to your question about 225 NZD charge, it is Service fee per ticket. Since you had 2 adults and 1 Infant ticket totalling 3 tickets. ​ The admin charge of $75.50 NZD is applicable for Following services: Reservation and Passport Details Processing Cancelation for each ticket Refund Processing for each ticket So a Total of $75.50 NZD per ticket remains as admins fee for above tickets in total 3 tickets and hence collective charge of 225 NZD approximately. " Totally unacceptable, you can't charge for a service you didn't deliver. The booking never happened, no changes, cancellations or details had to be added since they COULDN'T PROVIDE THE FLIGHTS AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE. Steer away and save yourself the grief. Still chasing my rights with them.

I made a booking a few hours ago, and the payment is showing in my bank transactions but I have not received any confirmation email or a booking number yet.

Purchased flights, didnt receive any receipts of transactions or payments. Received an email saying flights are on hold and further information is required to complete the booking while any price differences between now and then will need to be paid, as well as saying there was no baggage included when at the time of purchase it said baggage was included. This is super illegal and the whole business model is designed to trip people up. Check other people's 1 star reviews for similar experiences! Not worth it, just fork out a little bit more and go with a legit agency for the peace of mind. Be weary of the influx of positive reviews coming recently as they are potentially paid and fake

They have scammed me $698 for nothing. I didn’t book any flights with them or anything…nothing at all yet I woke the next morning to money deducted from my account from them. They haven’t replied to any of my emails or calls, so now we are on the way to their office and pursuing legal action. I can’t stress this enough. They are a scam and please no one book with them! It’s hell.
