I had a great experience with Triplebyte. The technical interview process with them was challenging, I failed at first and had to retry. I got good constructive feedback and then passed it later on. After I got onto the platform it really helped streamline the process. Companies reached out to me, I lined up 4 on-sites pretty quickly, got two offers, and my talent manager gave me great advice on how to negotiate.

They do a good job of getting me leads and following up on them. The interview hurdle was rigorous, but I got over it eventually.

I ultimately ended up finding a job through another pathway, but Triplebyte's feedback was *insanely* valuable in this process. Their interview is thorough but not nerve-inducing, and comes with many paragraphs of specific, actionable feedback, which allowed me to focus on my weak areas and relax about my strengths. I had a great experience with Triplebyte and the talent manager Alyson there. The overall process was well thought out and streamlined. One thing that I do not appreciate about software engineering interviews by companies is how they try to filter candidates through standard algorithms and problem solving questions. It doesn't exactly help to judge if the candidate is a good software engineer. Triplebyte helped me skip this step by getting me multiple onsite opportunities after clearing their quiz. The quiz had a few questions that weren't exactly relevant to my background but it was very well-structured and the interviewer seemed knowledgeable. After you clear the quiz, you are assigned a talent manager who will help you with shortlisting companies, interviews, offer negotiations etc. I got to work with Alyson, who was really great! She understood my priorities, shortlisted the right companies for me, helped me communicate effectively with recruiters and with offer negotiations. Overall, I would highly recommend Triplebyte to anyone who is looking to enter the tech space or switch jobs!

Triplebyte's interview process was very practical and relevant to the industry. Given that you go straight to onsite rounds after this, the hours spent was well worth it. The talent managers were all very helpful and encouraging. They gave very timely advice and relevant information. The only downside is the choice of companies, which are mostly startups. Booking flights and scheduling hotel is also a lengthy and difficult process.
