The Triplebyte process was really smooth! I appreciated that every person involved in the process made it clear to me what each meeting was going to be about, and I always knew what was up next in the process. Normally job searching is difficult because every company follows a different process, and they're not always clear about their process, but Triplebyte made it easy all the way through. Also, my talent manager, Nick, was super helpful and seemed genuinely interested in me getting a job, regardless of whether or not it was through the Triplebyte process or not. That sort of service and care is something that I really appreciated, and that is what makes Triplebyte stick out for me.

Outstanding experience. I initially tried Triplebyte's online quiz to brush up on my technical interviewing skills. The questions were fair and covered a wide range of topics. I passed, and got a live, 2.5 hour online interview with a real engineer _that afternoon_! What a great experience. The questions were thoughtful and challenging, the interviewer was kind, patient and knowledgable, the quality of the video call was perfect, and we started right on time. The detailed assessment and breakdown of strengths/weaknesses afterward was valuable feedback for me personally, and helped me focus on specific areas to improve. This was my first technical interview in many years, and I was grateful for the experience. I would have paid money for this! Once accepted, I was blown away by the high touch support. My talent manager, Milena, answered all my questions and guided me through the process to help me select companies. They provided me with countless high quality resources to crack the coding interviews. Although I ended up accepting an offer with a company outside Triplebyte, I was happy to have had at least 1 really solid company reach out to me to interview. And the Slack channel alumni network they just launched offers incredible help and insights into the interviewing and job offer process. All around, it was a fantastic experience. Triplebyte is the future of technical recruiting. I would recommend Triplebyte to engineers looking for a new opportunity, and to employers looking to save on technical screening. As an engineering director, I would place high confidence in any technical screening results provided by Triplebyte.

TripleByte is the future! After my experience with the company, I do not foresee myself looking for Software Engineering jobs anywhere else. I've used several other platforms (Angel.co, Hired, Indeed) but none are on par with TripleByte. What sets them apart: 1. Their two hour long technical interview assesses how well you program, debug, understand low level systems, and design software architecture. It gives a much better picture of an Engineer's ability than any one of the multiple technical interviews that most engineers subject themselves to while job hunting. 2. Their talent managers are very responsive. They are with you every step of the way whereas with most other platforms they wait until you get an offer. 3. The platform is excellent. As a software engineer, it's great to see how TripleByte has seamlessly integrated third parties into its platform (onboarding, scheduling, travel logistics).

I am based in Australia and I was able to find a job in California through Triplebyte. Triplebyte paid for my flights to the US, accommodation and transport so I could do my onsite interviews. My Triplebyte talent manager was really helpful and I received guidance along the way including negotiating a package. Highly recommended!
