Trip city would have to be one of the best gig rental platforms I've ever used. Tony was a great customer service rep. Help me with any issues I had expeditiously as well as the other gentlemen representative. I give Tony a 10 as far as customer service goes! I'd recommend renting from this platform.

Checking the reviews, it seems like TripCity is good or bad depending on who's hosting the cars on their platform. If you get a good host, your experience will be good. If you get a bad host, your experience will be bad. My host was good to me and nice so I didn't have a bad experience.

This is the go to place for car sharing, Trip City has created a seamless marketplace experience for car owners to connect with drivers. The reservation system, check in, communication throughout the rental, easy access to manage documents, drivers, and cars all the way to the checkout has been very well thought out and easy to navigate. Highly recommended.
