Diego was an amazing representative. I felt appreciated and valuable when asking questions and hoping for solutions. Diego provided me with premier service, helping me find solutions to my booking that have a couple hiccups to overcome. In all of my years of dealing with customer service agents, I've never felt more fortunate to have someone like Diego help me. Promote that guy immediately!!! Mr. Ervin Martinez

I really enjoyed talking with Tony he broke down and explained everything to me about the new sales tax and I really appreciated him for that because I had no idea the trip City was doing a sales tax but I understand the sales tax because Tripp city is growing and I am a happy to be a part of the trip City family and to see how well Tripp city is growing. I also like the mannerism of Tony he was very polite very professional very understanding and very patient. These are the type of people that I love to deal with when I call into a business Tony was very great keep him on your team you don't get great people like this.
