Customer Service is awesome! There are many Crafty Companies to choose from, but Customer service is paramount to me. After I placed the order, I was immediately thanked. Someone (a real person) caught my own error and made good. I knew when to expect my orders and was updated every step of the way up to and including delivery. SPOT ON! I 🩷 the unique products that TS offers.

I love the stamp, and I said that I ordered. The order came quickly and what was even better was that it included a few little treats along with it.

My order sat with the shipping label for 5 days before getting to usps. Yes, over a weekend, but it should have been put into the system by end of day on Friday. Sad

So very sorry for the delay, Cindy. Our mail carrier was out sick, so we didn't get our usual pickup service, which coincidentally happened when I was out of the office for an event. I hope you love your new stamps & dies. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
