run away from this provider. I'm a regular guy living in Texas and I waited hours 3 different times for appointments by portal or telephone in which no one even attempted to contact me, 2 months of getting strung along. I had to call my bank on this company as they are unreliable and string u along for as long as possible. I I only wish I would have seen their reviews before I ordered. I would give negative stars on here if it were possible.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. I ordered Tirzepatide from this company. I specifically specified that I have been on a 15 mg dose for 2 years. They said that was fine and they would prescribe that. Additionally, I requested to know if it was compounded with Vitamin B-12 as I would prefer to avoid this, as I already get a lot of Vitamin B-12. If they must combine it with something, I would have preferred glycine, or B-6. They assured me it wasn’t compounded with anything. This was supposed to be for $149 a month. So, they sent me all of 10mg total. Wouldn’t refund any money and it did come compounded with both B-12 or glycine. They refuse to refund my money or correct the dose. And it took me weeks to even get through to anyone. Many companies that provide glp-1s are excellent, but I would avoid Trinity Meds at all costs. They are a scam.

I joined and paid the whole year 'prescription' upfront $1500..... I did receive my first dose packed ok and cold. My second month, received partially open after nearly 4 days of transit.....nothing remotely cold about it. I called and emailed 'support' and when I finally got an answer they did tell me NOT to use the dose and there would be follow on instructions. Since then.........while I have called/emailed numerous times with no results, I did just receive the automated email that my next does is 'in the works'....... I told them to cancel and refund, however........they did cancel effective 2027.......and there are NO refunds provided as stated deep in their website rules. If you try it........don't trust it. If they fail as they did for me and many others, no one to blame but yourself (just like me) for not looking for the 'bad' before the good. A side note..........it also comes in a green plastic pill bottle instead of brown. The usual designation here in the US is 'green' is for animal use. Maybe they just got a good deal on old empty bottles somewhere but........

This company is a scam. Their customer service can never help, they "escalade" things but you don't get a response. There is no medical director or nurse you can speak with. I demanded a medical professional and they booked me out 1 month out. Their website is very basic with no way to navigate. This company is sketchy. I asked for a refund and cancellation and they said they were not able to. Something isn't right about this company and they should be shut down.

If there was a 0 they would get it!! DO NOT and I mean DO NOT do business with this company. Nothing but scammers. I received my first order on time and was happy. Then the next order…10 days after I talked to Dr. Fisher and was promised it would ship in 2-5 business I haven’t seen the meds. I’ve made numerous phone calls and sent emails and all I get is “it’s still at the pharmacy!! After reading reviews I should have never used this company!! People are not getting refunds! I contacted my lawyer. If this is happening to you, you need to contact the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General. By law they have to refund your money if you didn’t receive the product!! Be sure to read reviews from now own!!

Company is a scam. Paid upfront 6 months. First month came. Next month nothing. Keep getting sorry for delays. Tried to be nice guy and said okay just give me back unused funds. They replied they have no refund policy. Guess I’m screwed.

BEWARE - This company is a fraud. They charged me $149, sent the wrong dosage and now 25 emails, 9 phone calls and 4 "appointments" where no one ever called, I am out my $$ and no medication. EVERY email is a LIE and they are a bunch of IDIOTS. BEWARE they are a scam and will steal your money AND WASTE your time. UPDATE - So I provided my information as requested and now I am getting TONNES of spam calls and of course nothing from the idiot who requested it.

My first month's meds were significantly delayed in shipping. Now I'm waiting on my second month of medication and it is over 10 days late so I have missed one shot and ready to miss a second one. The pharmacy cannot handle the load of prescriptions. The customer service is horrible and cannot help when meds are delayed. I'm beginning to think they are a fraudulent company who just took my money and ran with it. I will be reporting this to my HSA account in an attempt to get my money back. They have a no refund policy as well. Do not use this company. You will be sorry!
