Always lie and delays on medication won’t refund your money when they are weeks late no customer service, they are straight trash try good life they get u meds on time, even there response was a lie! My first month was late by over a week now my second month is weeks late and all they do is lie they sent me a fake tracking number, there customer service number lies straight to your face, I paid my second month early on sept 18 and it’s sept 29 and my meds are still on n process at pharmacy, unacceptable, they are also under investigation by the fda, I know because I called the Florida attorney general today to file formal complaints against them. I ordered from good life last Monday and had my meds in my hands on Friday 5 days filled, and the right amount of mg, trinity told me 15 mg per week then sent me 17 mg for whole month. Avoid them at all cost!!!!

If I could give them a zero I would. It is apparent that they do not strive to even the lowest standards of customer service. Please note they are an all online company so you would expect an decent communication and if needed a manager to talk to. Nope. You will receive AI responses that say basically nothing. I used a GLP-1 company a couple of years ago and their customer service was amazing. They were expensive which why this time I was look for something more affordable - but as they say you get what you pay for. Trinity Meds is the bottom of the barrel. Save yourself lots of stress and go elsewhere - anywhere else!

I (foolishly) paid thus company $432 up front for what was promised to be 4 shipments of 3 vials each. The first shipment came and I quickly realized the dosage was super low, forcing me to take double the dosage, going through it twice as fast (I don't even think that did anything). In the 2nd shipment, the bottles had been opened and most of the contents gone. I called patient support. They were apologetic and said someone from the clinical team would call me back. That was a week ago. No one has called me back. This company is a scam!!! Very expensive lesson learned. Go with a reputable pharmacy that someone you know has used. Lots if scammers out there!!

Stay away. You get the worse customer service. All you get is email updates saying your order is delayed. Use any other company.

I signed up for $149/mo Tirzepatide billed monthly. I was billed on 8/25/26 and received the first month 2 days later. I was pleased and hopeful. I logged into the website and noticed my refill would bill on 9/22/2026, No problem I would make sure the money would be available. I received an email on 9/17/2026 asking if I wanted to process the order ahead of time to avoid interruption, I responded Yes, on 9/18/2026, waited several days and no response, nothing happened and no monies were taken from my account. On 9/22/2026 my original re-up date and the date on the website I reached out via email first and then by phone. On the phone I was told by the representative that he would go ahead and process the payment. So he processed the payment and the money came out of my account and I thought all was well. I was told I would be texted a routing number to track the progress, (this never happened) also, 10 minutes later I was billed a second time. Now, I have been charged twice $298 instead of the agreed upon $149 but still no tracking or confirmation anything was moving forward other than money being extracted from my bank account. I called back and got another representative and she told me she saw where I was billed twice, however, It is "policy" that TrinityMeds does NOT refund overpayment, the best she could do was issue me credit so I would not have to pay on October 20,2026 which would be the next re-up date. I requested documentation confirming my Sept order was paid and being processed and that I had credit for Oct 2026 and would not be billed again. The representative stated the website would update and I would receive an email documenting everything within 2 hours (this NEVER happened). I have never had such a difficult time dealing with a business, this is like having a second job, making sure that the company I am trying to do business with is doing the agreed upon things and billing me the correct amount and being accountable. You can email the care team email and most of the time you will get an auto reply and NOTHING else. You can call and speak to someone but it will be handled poorly or you will be told the wrong thing or glazed over. I could go into all the text I received trying to get me to sign up after I had already received my first month's medication but why bother. This company either 1. is so poorly run that it is failing miserably, or 2. It is a total scam. Since I cannot get resolution through email or phone. Here is my review. So far, you have over billed and under delivered. This is not a good look on your part. Avoid at all cost

As all the other poor reviews have stated, the company is not legit. 1st shipment went fine. Second has still not arrived and nothing but excuses. The purpose of this shot is to keep it timely and consistent, neither of which this company is.

My 1st prescription with Trinity was tirzepatide 7.5O, which was the dosage I was on before choosing them to supply me this glp1 medication. When I received my second month's refill from them, the instructions for the dosage were DOUBLE the original dosage I had been given, without my request or permission! I called them approximately 6 times and supposedly had 2 appointments to speak to a medical provider regarding this horrific mistake, only to not have anyone show up for those appointments and then be lied to and left on hold during a call for almost an hour. Trinity then started sending me emails saying "I" was a "no show" for those appointments! I finally sent an email stating I had canceled my membership with them and no longer wanted to have any communication with them. They sent one more email apologizing for my "experience " with them. I also started having gastrological problems that I wasn't having before I started using their products, although I currently do not have proof that they are related. Needless to say, I never used the second refill they sent me and thank God, I was paying attention or I could have potentially overdosed on this medication. I will be much more careful choosing a company, if I choose to continue on this GLP1 journey. You get what you pay for. Cheaper isn't always better, especially when it comes to your health.
