Very poor customer service!
When I ordered my meds, I specifically asked and paid for three months worth of medicine. I explained that I was leaving the area and wanted to take the medicine with me because I didn’t wanna have complications of changing the address and getting it late when the medicine arrived, I only received one month. I called immediately and change the address and they assured me that my medicine would arrive on time at the new location. Needless to say it didn’t. I was in Maine. It arrived at my Florida address. I called them told them I had received message from FedEx. Could they call FedEx and change the address and have it come here they refuse they told me to call FedEx. I called FedEx. They said that shipper has to change the address I called back. They said people would call me they didn’t and then finally I got somebody who said well if I wanted the medicine I needed to pay for it again I was promised to call back. Nobody got back to me. Needless to say I went to my credit card company and canceled the two months I didn’t get and ask for a refund back, I would not do business with these people. They have no customer service and their people while polite have no authority to help you stay away from Trinity meds. Also one final note the medicine I got for the first month and took did not seem to have any strengthen it. I had been on this medicine before and what I got was nowhere near the quality of the medicines I had gotten before..

Hey Alice, for multi-month plans, medication is shipped in scheduled fills rather than all at once so dosing can be adjusted as needed. We can also support higher dosing when prior prescription history is provided and reviewed. That said, we did not handle the address change the way we should have, and I’m sorry we added that extra stress. I’ll be bringing your feedback directly to upper management so we can address that gap. Thank you for your feedback.
