Ordered my meds on June 28th - already deducted from credit card & have not received them. Where are they?

This experience was horrible and I thought the medication is probably not what it is. I tried the shot at .25mg and atomically got a red ring at the insight and have been so irritable, headache, and sweats. I’m not sure this is legit and probably poison.

The worst experience I have ever received. STAY AWAY! VERY MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE. SENT ME A LOW DOSAGE OF 2.5 VS 7.5 MG AND 9 THEN 11 MG. WHICH THEY LED ME TO BELIEVE I COULD GET. LIE! LIE!! LIE!! THEY INCREASED COST AND IF I HAD KNOW FOR $130 I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED. THERE ARE MORE TRUSTWORTHY COMPANIES. MARC S

This company is incredibly shady. I placed an order, they said I was approved 12 hours later and then I received no further communication despite several attempts to reach out. They advertise shipping within 48 hours, but I never received a tracking number. You can only reach them via email. They do not respond. Do not do business with this company!

Communication has been awful! I have been trying to cancal and I keep getting the same email back every time. I just want to cancel!!

I got my prescription approved on June 22. I was told that the pharmacy takes 3 to 7 business days to process and then 1 to 4 business days to deliver. After three weeks of not having medication’s and missed doses and repeatedly contacting Trinity meds nobody has helped. I then went ahead and called the pharmacy that they placed the order with who notified me that the provider deleted the order because they were not legally allowed to ship to my state. Trinity did not change the pharmacy or communicate with me and I’m still waiting to hear back from somebody. I have demanded a refund and have not heard back from anybody just yet.

DON'T BUY HERE! they charged me $800.00 for a 4 month supply but only sent 2 months supply. I was already taking medication from another doctor and I was looking for a better price. I was on my 3rd month and was supposed to be getting a 7.5mg dose. They sent me the 2.5 dose. The customer service number is a fraud. I stayed on hold for 2 hours and never got to talk to anyone. They auto renew. And sending an email to cancel is they only option. But that doesn't work either. I had to cancel my credit card and report the company to keep them from taking money from me.

They are a bunch of crooks, charges $80 for an advisor to review your case. I've never had any other company do that. They also make it impossible to cancel. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!!!!
