A complete scam. Billed for the prescription immediately and still no meds two weeks later. Customer service is obviously off-shored and reading from a script when contacted. Caveat emptor!

I placed my order that to cost $89 but they took out $289. The phone was on the website is no good and emails kick back cannot send. It’s a big scam

God if I seen this ad before. I won’t have done it to my self. Thieves. Really smh. Nightmare and still haven’t gotten my meds yet. 2 weeks. But they got my money smh. The worst don’t do it.

Should have searched to find trinitymeds reviews. Their website seems pretty good, but communication is very poor and for my first order (prescribed on Jul 6) there was still no status on Jul 14th in terms of shipping. They seem to have no visibility or control over the labs they send their prescriptions to - once they've done the intake, they just make excuses. When you cancel, they charge you $35 for their part of the process. My take - they don't really care if the prescription is ever fulfilled - they just collect the $35 everytime someone submits their application.

This company is completely bullshit, I got charged 1500 dollars for a 12 month plan, I originally thought it was going to be 120 a month and a doctor would review the dosage with me.. did that happen? Hell no, I got approved within 10 hours and the email stated I was going to start at 2.5 mg which I already had started medication before trying to get a cheaper price at 7.5 mg.i reached out over 12 times from text, email , and on their website. Finally got their number on their bill of rights from the website. A foreigner answered the phone. He said I would be refunded if he could cancel the prescription from the pharmacy. I got approved at 12:43 in the morning, my first response was at 8:40 when I got to my emails. 11 emails after the first, still no answer. I told them I want it canceled on all forms of communication. I reached out to my bank and reported fraudulent activity. I didn’t approve the dosage, I didn’t agree to paying the full price ahead of time and I didn’t agree to no communication. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’d rather people be fat and healthy, rather than wasting their hard earned money on this scam. I’m going to report this company to the better business bureau in hopes that it helps any other fools like me that fell for this trap.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. They have no customer service except AI and bots and they take forever to respond. Save your money and use a more reputable well known company.
