If I could give negative starts I would. If you’re thinking about placing an order don’t. You will never receive anything and they will refuse to refund you as well. So order GLPs anywhere but Trinity meds. I’ve ordered over 2 months ago and have been charged twice but haven’t even received anything not even an email.
Response from Trinity MedsOct 20, 2026
Hi Lauren, every order receives email updates from us, so not hearing anything tells us something may be off with the email on file, especially since I’m not able to locate your account either. We’ve sent you a request through Trustpilot. Reply there with the email you signed up with, and I’ll take it from there personally. Your review stays exactly as it is either way.

At this point, I feel like I have been scammed by Trinity met. My first order in August was received in a somewhat timely manner, though it did take longer than I thought it should have. My second dose was charged on September 20 and as of today has still not been received. I have contacted customer service five times, four times in chat and once by phone and each time I’ve been told that the prescription was with the pharmacy and was still being processed. The last time I spoke to somebody by chat, they told me first that the prescription was being still being processed and just slightly delayed, when I pushed back on that because I had already been told that by three other people, I was then told that they needed a new intake form from me and that was why my prescription was delayed, and that they had sent one to me in my patient profile,I did not have any forms in my patient portal to complete so when I get pushed back, I was then told that the prescription would be shipping within one to two business days. The prescription did not ship and when I called Trinity meds, I was told it would be escalated and somebody would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. Unsurprisingly based on other reviews nobody ever returned my call. I then received an email from customer service that they were “checking in“ to see how my experience was going to which I responded and said that I was still waiting on medication for over two weeks and nobody had responded to me or returned my call and at that point I got an email reply that I needed to meet with a provider in order to get the refill that they charged over two weeks ago. When I went again, contacted customer service today to let them know. I just wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund from the September charge for medication that was never received. I was told that they would cancel my subscription, but that there are no refunds but they would consider escalating my case. At this point, I don’t actually trust that they have canceled my subscription so I’m going to have to cancel my card and request a new one so that this company cannot continue to charge me for medication that they never send. And I’m going to have to open a fraud case to have the charge from September charged back since they refuse to issue me a refund for medication that was never sent.
Response from Trinity MedsOct 20, 2026
Hi Erin, we’re sorry for the stress this added to your plate. Your cancellation is confirmed, and a teammate is emailing you that confirmation today, so there’s no need to cancel your card. We’re also making this right on the charges, and the details will be in that same email. Your concerns about the mixed answers you received aren’t going unheard. We’ll address them directly with our customer support partners.

They take your $ fast and that’s the end!! I waited 2 weeks for the first shipment Then within 30 minutes of my first injection, it put me into a fib. I wrote to the company. They seem sincerely concerned in their letter. Claiming a doctor, a nurse would get back with me after they looked into this situation.? I have since gotten a second shipment. They did say once they take your money, they will not refund you. But they did say they would look into it. I have heard nothing back from this company. I just wish I knew their reputation before I decided to go with them, so please do a little more homework than what I did before. You choose a company that does not put the ingredients in your injections that are appropriate.

Your experience is deeply concerning to us, and you deserve clear answers and a follow-through. We work exclusively with state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, which are subject to state oversight and USP compounding standards, and we’re coordinating a clinical review of your concerns with our pharmacy partner. My team will call you directly to address that review, your billing, and cancellation. In the meantime, please hold off on your second shipment, and seek medical care right away if symptoms return. We’re committed to seeing this through.

This company is a scam. Let me tell you the raw and true about this company. Once you pay, there is no update. When you decide to cancel due to crickets they tell you they will refund but they keep 35.00 due to consultation you never get a consultation, that doesn't state anywhere in your portal, and when you ask who did the consultation, what were the results of the consultation, and when did it take place they will not answer you. I've sent multiple emails asking for status on my refund and confirmation of cancelation and no response. Please report them, I am escalating this is fraud. I have all emails, statements and screenshot of the portal I recommend you do the same.
Response from Trinity MedsOct 20, 2026
Hi Elizabeth, thank you for sharing this, and I’d like to help clear things up. Every intake is reviewed by a licensed medical provider before any medication can be prescribed. A live telehealth visit isn’t always required, but that review is, and the $35 reflects that provider’s time. It’s part of the services covered by your subscription, which patients agree to when completing their intake. All patients receive email updates throughout the process, so not hearing from us tells me something may be off with the email on file. I’ve sent you a private request through Trustpilot. Share the email you signed up with, and I’ll personally confirm your refund status and cancellation for you. You can also cancel and remove your card details directly in your portal anytime.

1st order was fine. Took a little longer then I thought it would ordered on a Monday and got it that Saturday. I was use to 2 day from a different company. Medication was great no problems. The problem comes from my 2nd order. They have no problem taking my money which they did on 09-28-26 But I still have no RX. I get an email every day stating there is a delay with the Pharmacy. I have asked repeatedly what is the delay and all I get is a prefilled generic message. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S BEEN A HUGE HEADACHE.
Response from Trinity MedsOct 20, 2026
Hi Carrie, your first order reflects the turnaround we typically see, and we’re sorry the next shipment took longer. We work with a network of licensed pharmacies who compound, dispense, and fulfill medication orders, so delivery timelines depend on their processing. Some have experienced unusual delays recently, and we’ve been working closely with them to get those addressed. While your medication has now arrived, we know the wait was frustrating. We’ve also shared your feedback with our support team.

The first week on tirzepatide (2.2mg) was ok but the subsequent 2 weeks my wife was so sick that she couldn't keep water down for 3-4 days of that week. Went to the hospital thinking it was a bug but determined it was the meds after another try. Reached out to support but the doctor has never called her back. I wouldn't trust what they put in the compounds nor their support if you have adverse reactions.
Response from Trinity MedsOct 20, 2026
Jami, we’re very sorry to hear what your wife has been through, and we understand your concern about getting support. We work exclusively with state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, which are subject to state oversight and USP compounding standards, and every prescription is issued by a licensed medical provider. Even so, every patient’s body responds differently to medication, and reactions like this are something we take seriously. We’d like to help coordinate a clinical review if she still needs assistance, but I’m unable to locate her account by the name here. Would you mind sharing her account email through the private Trustpilot request we’ve sent? Provider calls often come from unfamiliar numbers, so keeping an eye on blocked calls and voicemail will help make sure she doesn’t miss the follow-up. We hope she’s feeling better, and if symptoms return, please don’t hesitate to seek medical care.

BAD COMPANY, DON'T USE, THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF I paid for the GLP-1, Tirzepatide on 9/7/26, at $149 for a month's supply. After 2 weeks of still not receiving the product, on 9/20/26 I contacted them. They continually apologized for the delay and said their pharmacy was working on it. They assured me that my case was escalated and the pharmacy would send out my order quickly. I still had not heard anything and contacted them again on 9/24/26. They again continually apologized for the delay saying their pharmacy was behind and said they had put in a request to "escalate" my case to have my order sent out quickly. I still hadn't heard anything from them and contacted them again on 9/30/26. They again continually apologized for the delay saying their pharmacy was behind and said they again said they had put in a request to "escalate" my case to have my order sent out quickly. I told them to just cancel my order and give me a reimbursement. They said they couldn't do that despite my many pleas that I didn't want to deal with their business and just wanted my money back. On 10/05/26, I finally received a package from Trinity Meds, but it had the wrong medication. They sent Semaglutide and not Tirzepatide. I immediately contacted them; they again continually apologized. I sent in pictures of the Semaglutide proving they sent the wrong medication. I was told they would respond within 24-48 hours. After hearing nothing from them, I submitted an email to them on 10/08/26 with their notice that someone would respond within 24-48 hours. Still nothing, so I contacted them on 10/12/26. The same thing, apology, escalate my case, etc. When I pointed out that I was continually told someone would contact me in 24-48 hours, they said it was 14 business days. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told there were no supervisors available. I again asked for my money back but was told my case was in review and they had 14 business days. I pointed out it had been well over a month, and I got the same response, apology, escalate my case, etc. I again told them I just wanted my money back at this point and they told me my case was in review and they had 14 business days.

Hi Pamela, I'm deeply disappointed that this is the experience we've given you, and I sincerely hope you'll accept my apologies. I've personally initiated your refund, and you should see the funds returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. You shouldn't have had to go to these lengths to get a resolution, and I'm truly sorry it came to this.
