8/17/26 signed up on website. They charged my credit card $149 & told i would hear from a Technician within 48 hrs. NO C0NTACT so i called and they said they would escalate and i would get a call within 48 hours. STILL NO CALL and NO GLP med! It is scam.

I had to choose a star to start writing my review. I got onto Trinity Med website. Submitted “ Intake” information at 9:56am on 8/20/26. The website uses a timer to pressure you to choose a plan fast. They website makes you believe that you HAVE to lock in your price BEFORE moving to the next phase- Speaking to a clinician. From 9:56 to 10:00 my Intake was submitted, reviewed, approved, the “ order” was sent to a pharmacy, and the order was completed. I never even had a chance to speak to a clinician. The website does not clarify that the funds were coming out of my bank account immediately. From 10:00-10:12 am I was on the phone with Trinity Med. requesting a stop on the charge and order because everything was approved in 4 minutes. The representative made several excuses as to why the entire refund couldn’t happen. While on the phone with Trinity Med, I searched the BBB and was so disappointed to see that this company has been flagged for SCAM. They agreed to cancel my subscription, but would only refund $824.08 because the prescription was already filled!

Terrible company. AVOID. Complete scam. I ordered from them, and paid them, and my meds are still on back order. They refused to issue a refund. Now I have to go without my meds until they finally get it to me. I’m submitting a complaint to the Attorney General.

No way to log into my account. No way to reach someone that can help - I reached someone, they couldn’t help. I have no idea how to cancel my account. I swear I checked ratings before I signed up but I must have misread something somewhere along the way.

Worst company I’ve ever met they delivered non complaint product then just today said standing me a new vial which they told me for over a month not to use their product. No number to call no customer service I reported to fda and every unit I can don’t buy

DO NOT USE THEM. made me pay for 6 months supply and then only shipped only 1 vial. I was travelling and needed the remaining vials but they refused to ship, refund or cancel my subscription.

Terrible….CAUTION ! Do not use this company !!! I am a 73 year-old male and I have been trying to get a nurse to explain the dosage to me for the past 2 1/2 weeks . I keep getting told that the nurse would contact me within 24 to 48 hours, but that’s a lie !!! Thumbs down for this company, Trinity meds …. Please do not use, there are so many other weight, loss programs, and companies out there. This one is absolutely terrible 👎

Paid almost 500.00 and nothing has happened. This company goes dark. I called and cxld and they won’t refund my money. I have never received any medicine and they haven’t had the dr. Review the intake form. Buyer Beware
