Trinity Home Inspections LLCReviews of trinityinspectionsllc.com

Fast scheduling, efficient inspection, and a comprehensive list of itemized focal points that is easy to read.

Matt was very thorough with my home inspection. He was also quick to schedule and get the job done. I would recommend him for your home inspection.

Hopefully we have found our forever home but if we ever need another home inspection we will definitely use Trinity.

My experience started with being able to quickly schedule an appointment. I was only given 7 calendar days due diligence, so my timeline was super short. Matt came out on a Sunday afternoon. He kept me updated with his timeline so that we could be there toward the end to go over his findings in person. I've never seen someone so detailed in their findings! He found the tiniest details (a small tear in a screen, a window latch not closing all the way). He gave options /ideas for solutions to fix "problems", and was honest about what needed a professional and what we could DIY. He inspected the entire house from using some type of camera on the sewer line to a drone to takes photos of the metal roof. The report that he sent covered everything and was still written in simplified terms that someone unfamiliar with house maintenance (like me) could understand. I highly recommend Trinity Inspections!

Matt was knowledgeable on every aspect of the inspection. He found the smallest details that shouldn't have been overlooked during construction. Excellent communication and explanation of his findings.

The report was very thorough. When I went to do my first walk through I had a the report to guide me while checking the house out. This was my first brand new house so I was nervous. Having the report helped to calm my nerves. Thank you for a great job!!! Highly recommended!!!

Matt did a great job with our inspection! We are out of state so we couldn't be present but he sent us a very detailed report with pictures and video. We were able to see clearly what he found and were able to get those issues addressed. Highly recommend Trinity Home Inspections.

Very happy with his speed, communication, and his service.
