Integra Inspection Services, LLCReviews of integrainspect.com

Todd is very informative and professional. The inspection report was more than I expected. He provided clear photographs, videos and informational material that can be used beyond the inspection. I feel more confident and informed moving forward with the purchase of my new home.

Todd from Integra Inspection Services was an outstanding choice for our new construction home inspection. He took his time examining every structural and functional detail, going well beyond surface-level observations. The report he delivered was thorough yet easy to navigate, and the inclusion of property videos was a great touch. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows his craft, Todd is your guy.

Integra was the right choice for me in looking to buy my first home with my wife. The detailed inspection report we received has become the foundation of my knowledge of the house itself and homeownership and upkeep, and allowed us to bargain effectively with the seller and get to a place where we are now quite happy and satisfied. Going through the process Todd our inspector was helpful the whole way - I never for a minute worried about his work or whether I would hear back from him. I would just note that Integra does not do reinspections - he explains why in his literature, but just FYI because some inspectors will do reinspections and you don't want to be caught off guard by this like I was. I would recommend discussing with your agent (and whoever) to form a plan for how to handle the reinspection.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Todd for a home inspection, and we cannot recommend their services highly enough. From start to finish, Todd demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and integrity that truly set his company apart in the industry. One of the most significant aspects of my experience was the trust I felt throughout the process. Todd took the time to explain each step of the inspection, ensuring that we understood what to expect and why certain areas required more attention. His transparency not only alleviated any anxieties we had but also instilled a deep sense of confidence in his findings. What impressed us most was Todd’s remarkable attention to detail. He meticulously examined every nook and cranny of the property, from the roof to the foundation, leaving no stone unturned. We appreciated how he highlighted potential issues, while also informing us of the positive attributes of the home. This balanced approach provided us with a comprehensive understanding of the property's condition, allowing us to make informed decisions moving forward. In addition to their thoroughness, Todd was incredibly responsive and approachable. He answered all our questions with patience and clarity, going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable with the entire process. Overall, our experience with INTEGRA INSPECTION SERVICES was outstanding. If you're looking for a home inspector who embodies trustworthiness and meticulous attention to detail, look no further. I am grateful for their expertise and guidance, and I feel confident that I made a wise investment in my new home, thanks to their invaluable insights. Thank you Todd!! R and J Fi

What made my experience great was that, when I first spoke with Todd Thuss, on the phone, trying to find someone to do an inspection for me, I noticed a calm and reassuring tone in his voice that gave me comfort in what to expect regarding the upcoming inspection. After communicating via text and email, I knew then that he was the one I wanted for my inspection. He was definitely the right choice! Everything in the inspection report was honest, non-biased, and forthright. And, trust me, I would let you know if I thought different. I wanted to see the truth in my inspection report and that is what I got. I mean that is why we all get one, right? Todd Thuss is definitely the choice for your home inspection. He was mine and I will employ his services again!

Todd is very thorough during his inspection. His reports are detailed and worth the price of his fees. Todd listed issues that are currently a problem, but would be in the future and listed them so that I would be watching them should issues arise. I thought this to be a kind act.
