TriNet has been a great resource to partner with as a small business. With all of our employees working remotely, TriNet helps us stay compliant in each state. Whether it's hiring, terminating, or just keeping up to date on state compliance.

TriNet has been a key component to my HR/Payroll department. I am one individual manning a team of 15 engineers. Having TriNet as my "backup" team helps me to confidently help my staff in any of the HR issues. Their online chat team is incredibly helpful and easy to understand.

The representatives that answer our calls are really nice, polite, and well informed. However, there is some duplication of requested information (caller's address, zip code, DOB, SS#. Initial automated request, then the rep will ask for the same information. When using the chat, there are LONG pauses, and not as good of a result to your question. Submitting a ticket is very difficult as you are on different time zones with the representative that is answering question. You may not receive a response or answer for several days.

I highly rate TriNet! We have been with them for 5 years, and the support team that assists me is consistently pleasant and helpful. A standout feature for us is the ability to generate benefits reports for both prospective and out-of-state employees. Since we transitioned away from a centralized office and warehouse after 2020, our workforce has spread across multiple states, making TriNet's tools incredibly valuable for our distributed team.

We have had a very positive experience working with TriNet as our HR service provider. Their team consistently delivers efficient and timely responses, which is especially valuable in a fast-paced biotech environment where HR support needs to be both reliable and agile. The platform itself is well-designed, with a highly intuitive interface and comprehensive features. From employee management to benefits administration, the system offers a wide range of functionalities that are both robust and easy to navigate. This has significantly streamlined our internal HR processes and improved overall operational efficiency. Overall, TriNet provides a strong combination of responsive service and a thoughtfully built system, making them a highly effective partner for biotech companies.
