Vijay responded immediately when my order was placed to verify sizing. We actually changed the size based on his recommendations and it fits perfectly. Cannot beat the customer service!! I explained to Vijay the significance of the ring and what it means and he even responded to the with a very kind message. And I feel guilty saying this but even though I received a letter of appraisal, I it did take it to my local jeweler just to verify authenticity and it is real. I Just could not believe the incredible ring that I got for a fraction of what everyone else wanted to charge me! I have found my new jeweler.

Vijay was super knowledge about what to look for in the diamond and was an amazing partner in designing the perfect ring. We jumped on numerous calls and were texting almost every day as we inched closer to the finish line. I couldn't be happier with Vijay and TriJewels!

My new favorite piece of jewelry!
I reached out with a necklace design that was not an easy one. It was a very specific type of tennis necklace that I wanted in choker length. Vijay was so helpful and communicated with me throughout the design process to make sure it was what I wanted. He offered to ship me the setting so I could try it on first! By the time it was finished, it was more beautiful than I ever imagined. If you have anything that you are looking to design, please reach out to Vijay at Trijewels and you will not be disappointed. I shop at high end retailers all the time and this piece is better than any I’ve ever owned.
