They give you a trial with the option to turn off the annual fee then still steal your money, please be aware of these scammers - you can easily find all their “deals” on Google Flights and Skyscanner they’re ripping people off.

I’ve tried reach out to support multiple times about a refund, and I still haven’t heard back. It’s frustrating

7 day free trial advertised, but youre not told of the exact time they'll charge you for it on the 7th day, it's not until 12am as most services. Scammy.

They promise discounted rates, but you find cheaper prices outside their platform, they dont even have a lot of flight options to many places. Their customer service is rude, and they would never offer a remedy

I paid the subscription and kept checking, and not only did I not see an even remotely good offer on my trip from Toronto to Japan, but it was actually MORE expensive than the prices from Air Canada AND with no seat selection! Don't waste your money on the subscription here.

Really bad customer service, bug on their site meant my membership didn't get cancelled, by the time I got the notification I went to look and realized the cancel button doesn't cancel.

They are scammers i canceled my subscription and they double charged my bank 118.
