SCAM! Please please don’t waste your time on Triips. I signed up for the free trial to see if I liked it before committing to a subscription. I set a reminder on my phone the day before bill day to cancel my trial so I wouldn’t be billed. The next day - billed $85. I have been in contact (they take a long time get back to you) and they are asking for a confirmation of cancellation email which never came. All the good reviews are paid people, that’s why they’re so over the top. If you give Triips your card details - they will charge you, and then will find a way to get out of refunding you. DONT TRUST THIS SCAM!!

I was charged CHF 59 for an annual subscription I did not knowingly authorize and never used. I contacted Triips immediately, but they refused to refund the money, claiming the payment was “legitimate” simply because my card details and CVC were verified. I dispute the authorization of this subscription and find their response unacceptable. I am now taking the matter to my card issuer.

Shitty product. Bad UI. Useless recommendations - nothing google flights or skyscanner can't do. Horrible customer service. Charges your bank for the full year without warning. Edit- No reminder was sent about the charge to my band account. The charge was simply deducted and upon emailing and complaining about this I was told that the flight notifications are enough to notify me about the subscription. No seperate charge reminders are sent. This is a bold faced lie. Your emails and response here on trust pilot don't line up.

It's entirely too expensive and basically just rips off skyscanner. The flights only work if you have an insanely flexible schedule you can drop at the top of a hat

I signed up for the free trial to see what the service was all about. I wasn’t able to find anything I liked during the trial window, so I went ahead with my plans to cancel after I had exhausted the time I had to see if there was anything that might work for me. Nonetheless, I was charged, which I initially thought was a mistake. I reached out to customer service and was told they couldn’t do anything unless I had a confirmation email showing that I had canceled. I explained that I couldn’t find the email but that I had canceled the trial. They were then able to tell me that I was exactly 13 minutes late and essentially said they were sorry I didn’t cancel in time. At that point, it was clear that they weren’t really concerned about my experience or trying to help resolve the issue. They were more focused on the fact that they had a reason to deny the refund. I understand that there are cancellation policies, but the way this was handled left a very poor impression of the company.

Misleading site,don't sign up unless you want to go to Turkey in November. Cheaper flights when you don't want them.Avoid!

NO DAN EL SERVICIO QUE "VENDEN" DE QUE TE AYUDAN A ENCONTRAR GRANDES CHOLLOS ademas, aprovechan el tipico "periodo" de prueba para conseguir los 65 eur SIN ofreceR el servicio que se supone "te venden" ! simplemente para "cubrir" el expediente te envian 2 ofertas semanales de vuelos "random" a destinos "random" que ya encuentras en sky scanner. Prometian enviar "ofertas" en destino que tu pones como "objetivo real" pero no es verdad. Ahora que he visto lo que ofrecen quiero cancelar su servicio les he enviado un mail... veremos que me responden. NO he querido cancelar subscripcion para ver que estan ofreciendo pero no es el servicio que realmente te venden! es una trampa

I am very disappointed with my experience with TRIIPS and especially with the way my refund request was handled. I signed up for the service expecting it to provide meaningful value in finding flight deals. After using it, I realized that the service ultimately directs you to other flight-search platforms, including Skyscanner, to actually search and book flights. I did not feel that the $59 membership provided the value I reasonably expected. I contacted customer service shortly after signing up and politely requested a refund. Instead of trying to find a reasonable customer-service solution, I received a very rigid response explaining that I had only been subscribed for approximately three weeks and therefore did not qualify for their 12-month savings guarantee. I understand that companies have terms and conditions. However, pointing out that I don’t qualify for a guarantee that requires 12 months of membership is not really an answer to the underlying issue of whether a customer who is dissatisfied shortly after signing up can receive a courtesy refund. The response also repeatedly emphasized that payments are “final” and that I had accepted the terms, which came across as unnecessarily defensive and dismissive. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — I simply wanted my $59 back after determining very quickly that the service wasn’t useful to me. I cancelled the subscription, so I won’t be charged again, but I am still disappointed that TRIIPS chose to take such a rigid approach rather than trying to make things right with a new customer. I would encourage anyone considering this service to read the refund and cancellation terms very carefully before signing up.
