The costumer service was A+, really excellent. The bottles and tins I purchased were a great price, very competitive and I was excited to find this option. However, when my things arrived, every bottle had slight scratches on them because they were all in one big bag, inside a box full of packing peanuts. One bottle was back ordered and arrived individually, it had no scratches and was packed in bubble wrap. If they had only taken the time to wrap a small piece of bubble wrap around each bottle they would not have been scratched. I was hoping to use POD as my supplier for bottles as I'm thinking about starting a small business, but if I can't depend on the bottles arriving without scratches I will probably look elsewhere.
