Packaging Options Direct has the best products at unbeatable prices. They always have a promotion going, offer amazing shipping rates and regularly add new products. And the customer service is so good too. Bri knows bottles inside and out and has answered every question I’ve had. Their website works on mobile too, so I can easily order using my iPhone and iPad!

After using a few other suppliers for my packaging needs for my Bath & Body Products, I found Packaging Option Direct. They carry all of my packaging needs for Jars, Bottles and Closures, for the right price and shipping cost that are hard to beat keeping my cost down. They are short on accessories, such as disc and shrink wrap bands, but they are adding them in and getting there! And the most important aspect is the customer service. I have been in CS for more than 20 years. Bri is hands down the wheel that makes this company one I will stick with. A problem, is no problem when Bri gets on it. I only had a few little issues and she expediently took care of them with no hassle! I wish all my vendors were as prompt and courteous. Bottom line, I know I am going to get what I ordered without waiting weeks, the order will be right and the price is right. I shop prices constantly to make sure I am getting the best deal I can, I keep coming back!

Thank you Darla for your feedback. We realize we are short on packaging accessories and are constantly adding new items. We now offer 12 different shrink band options and should have a full selection of pressure sensitive seals with in the next few weeks.

I tried a new type of bottle and cap from POD for my Christmas Irish Cream. They were perfect and I will order again next year. Bri, the customer rep was very helpful and made sure the order was filled quickly so I didn't have to pay extra for a "rush."

Good company to work with. I use them for my homemade laundry detergent business Pennies A Brew, LLC out here in CT. Scoops are easy to use and lightweight. Customers who buy my detergent like the scoops. They don't break from the handle despite multiple uses.

I've made two orders so far and they both were exactly what I ordered, in perfect condition, and most importantly they arrived in a timely manner. Thank you for for providing such a great service.
