Everything arrived early & intact as always . Absolutely love this company !! I just wish they did discounts for loyal customers . It's going on a year & I've only bought from this site for my small business . I really trust the quality .

Good products at a good price. It seems to take awhile to get stuff out of the warehouse, though.

We will use them again for the bottles we need

Overall the product and delivery were great. I received my whole order and was pleased with the items delivered. I did notice their prices change often and they do not do price adjustments (the price change 4 days after I placed my order), so in the future I’ll be more careful with my purchase timing

In the beginning I did not receive my complete order and when I informed the company, the first response I received was very unprofessional, but then Susan Stallins stepped in and helped to sort the issue out. Susan was extremely professional and assured me that I will receive the missing items, which I did. Unfortunately I did not receive the items according to the timeline that I needed, but then the shipping was international, so I cant fault Susan and her efforts there. I am very happy with the quality of the items and would definitely use Packaging Options Direct for my future needs

***UPDATED BELOW... I placed a small/simple order a couple weeks ago because I heard of all the complaints and dissatisfactions on here. And unfortunately, I experienced the exact same issue I was trying to avoid by placing that small order. I purchased 48 glass jars and 48 caps to go with them and I only received 41. I tried to contact the company via email several days ago and have yet to hear from them. It's sad because I WANT to continue ordering from POD because they have excellent products and prices. However, I WILL NOT return if they cannot put forth any effort to make things right with a customer. Or count out the right number of jars, for Pete's sake (and for a SMALL order, might I add). *Will update if things change UPDATE: I was contacted shortly after I initially posted this review and things were made right. They immediately sent off my missing items and I received them 2 days later. Thank you Packaging Options Direct. I will continue to purchase from them. Good customer service, good quality jars, and EXCELLENT prices... Thank you!

Hello Kari, We are sorry that your experience was less than stellar; and we apologize for the delay in responding to your email. We had no intention of avoiding your email, or resolving your concern. The extended holiday weekend caused delays as we were closed on Monday, and in an honest error, your original email was overlooked on Tuesday. We do try hard to respond to all of our inquires as quickly as possible. Please rest assured that we will get the missing closures shipped for you today. Sincerely, Packaging Options Direct

The only issue I had was the were often out of stock or low in quantity of the item I wanted. When I did get to order it came fairly quickly. Communication was good and helpful.
