The assistance received from Customer Service was outstanding. My order was located and began shipping thanks to A. Rosinbaum, Customer Service Manager. Her diligence and professionalism is very appreciative. D.Roberts Providence Preserves LLC

I ordered 10 cases of pint jars and lids from Walmart almost 2 months ago and still have not seen any jars. Packaging Options Direct got me 20 cases of jars and lids in a week. The jars and lid work perfect for all my canning needs. They were very well packed and all arrived in excellent condition. Keep up the great work guys!!

Great site! Easy to navigate and find the items I was looking for. Product came in well packaged and undamaged. I was impressed in the measures taken to safeguard the items I purchased. I will be purchasing from again!
