As a renter I've never experienced what I have with tricon. I would highly recommend them as they are definitely customer oriented and aren't all about the money. They have helped me greatly in a time of need. The service and staff have been excellent

I have been a tenant with Tricon since September 2019. I ran into a tough time this month and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rosa G. Torres and Lizette! They both went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation, and I am so incredibly grateful. Lizette helped me get my payment processed through RentCafe because it updates faster than the new system, and thanks to her guidance, everything was taken care of quickly. Both she and Rosa treated me with so much kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire process. What may have seemed like a simple act of helping a resident meant so much more to me. I was feeling overwhelmed, and their compassion truly kept me from having a complete breakdown today. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care, and they both made me feel heard, valued, and supported. Thank you, Rosa and Lizette, for being such a bright light during a difficult moment. Your kindness did not go unnoticed, and I hope your leadership knows what an incredible asset you both are. God bless you both, and thank you again for making such a positive difference in my day.

Thank you for a quick response and sending someone out to complete my repairs. Mr. Cecil with the fence company did a excellent job. He came early and fixed the gate better than it was. Definitely went above and beyond!

Tricon has been the absolute best landlord. They are very responsive to request and always very friendly and helpful when I call.

From start to move in, someone has been reachable for questions or issues. Even though we know some of your system is AI driven, there seems to be a great follow-up process in place to ensure a complete customer service experience.
