A very good company to represent me. I have only 1constructive suggestion - I would like more updates as to the status of my case. I have to call in to get any updates on the status of my case.

Their response, explanation and advice of the process were very useful in deciding to pursue my settlement. I would recommend them to anyone who has been in a similar situation as mine(auto accident with minor or major injuries ). They set me up with excellent providers to get me back to a good healthy situation. The settlement process can get tricky with so many parties involved, Hospitals, your insurance(PIP), the other parties insurance, health providers and such that most people should seek professional guidance. I'm glad I did.

the only thing I feel that you can work on is the issue of not addressing my vehicle never being paid for my the insurance company as of date and it has been over 2 and 1/2 years almost, also unsure of what amount we are going for at this point in time, I understand I had two accidents and several problems to my back, neck, arms, etc, and I did not get any surg. as of yet, but all the test I had done shows everything and several docs. stated the same thing surg. However I know I will need to have surg just trying to hold out as long as I can so that I don't have to repeat surg. like I was told would happen if I do surg now. thanks for letting me vent.

Don Williams has been excellent through out my case. He is always contacting me with updates and checking on my recovery. Don is a good attorney, but more importantly, a good person. He shows empathy and concerns for your well being.

You guys never told me how much was my reclaim. I felt so bad for that. My experience with you guys was no good. Sorry but that’s my opinion

I was hopeful, at first. But after few years of case going on was told to settle or pay their fees to continue my case. They made many careless mistakes which made it take longer. Was sent written paperwork. Only to have them call and have phone conference just so attorney can say he didnt agree with the papers he signed and sent me. Left me confused and alone. Never recieved a penny from this case. Never felt they were on my side.
