The lawyer that represented us at the deposition was totally inadequate in the sense that he was willing to settle the law suit as soon as he could and gave us the impression he did not want to go the proverbial "extra mile". His attitude throughout process was not conducive to establishing a trusting relationship between us. He did not even recognize us as we sat there waiting for the deposition to begin.I would never recommend him to a friend. He certainly did nothing to help the reputation of your law firm .
